Just last week a customer in Borehamwood called to say they were having difficulty closing one of their windows and believed the handles needed to be replaced. Upon inspection, our team found that the issue lay with the friction stays (window hinges), as appose to the handles. They quickly set to work by removing the window and replacing the top and bottom friction stays, which resolved the issue entirely.
