A popular request by our clients is to provide reports following surveys we have carried out as they are unable to attend site. Many of our clients lead busy lives and quite often don’t have time to meet us but would like to see the progress or the finished results of our work, or they may wish to have a report to show their own client before agreeing on any works to be carried out, so a video report can be an ideal solution.

In the video below we were asked to attend site and make sure all the locks were functioning properly and doors were opening and closing ok on a property in London and to fix or repair any issues if possible followed up by a video report along with a full written report.

We now offer video reports to all our commercial and residential customers.
