This week we were called by a customer who was locked out of their property in Enfield. They had been quoted by several companies all of which said the only way to get her in would be to drill the lock and replace it. She explained that she didn’t want to change the lock as several family members had keys and her own key would be returned at a later date. After talking with us we explained that we would always try and get in non-destructively wherever possible and the lock could be picked open, meaning there would be no damage to the lock and she would still be able to use her old keys.

We managed to pick open the euro cylinder on her upvc door and arrived within 20 minutes of her call, saving her money and the hassle of distributing more keys.
